- Our cow house consists of the stalls and beals. The beals are very safe and the cows cannot loose once they are bealed.
There is a long, strong board from one side of the cow house to the other. It is about ten feet from the ground. Out of this and fixed firmly in the ground are two long poles about two feet apart . Those can be fixed together by an iron clasp at the top. When the cows have their heads and necks between these poles the clasp is shut so that the cows cannot pull(continues on next page)- Collector
