  1. It is said that if the month of March falls on a Friday because on that day Christ was crucified. There was two persons who lived in County Galway they were married in their own homes, the names of these two persons were Mr Haughney and Miss Brenna. They were married in the month of May in the year eighteen and sixty three. In County Down there lived two persons named Mr. Brennan and Miss Graham. They were married in their own homes in the year eighteen and fifty four.
