Mrs Dillon was a quiet respectable woman who lived in Castlemore long ago. One night a beggar-woman came along the road and she asked Miss Dillon for a nights lodging. She assented willingly and gave her a nice soft bed. In the morning whence for up she had a good breakfast and while she ate she watched Mrs Dillon preparing to make a churning. She was muttering to herself about the small quantity of (box) butter that was on the milk.
The beggar-woman asked her what was wrong with her and Mrs Dillon told her that she hardly any butter on the milk and that it was very hard(continues on next page)- Collector
