- The following is a list of games played by school children attending Gorthaganny school.
i.e. High windows, Blind Man's Buff, coblers, giving round the ring, pass on to the very last one, Sally in the water.Blind Man's Buff:- is played in this way. One child puts a cloth across his eyes and runs after the rest. Whoever she catches will put on the cloth and run after the rest, and so on until all get a chance to put on the dallóg.

- Two children each get a name, and the rest pass on between them. I should have stated that those two children hold hands up high while the game is in progress.
