    St. John's day the twenty fourth of June bushes are lit near the cows the meadow and the garden.
    Michaelmas Day was a great day long ago eating apples. The people of this parish go to a pattern making rounds.
    Oidhche Pártlán is a night by the fishermen in memory of the five men that got drowned fifteen years last August. The fisherman don't go out that night. That falls on the twenty-third of August each year. In this place they celebrate Christmas night on the night of twenty fourth.
