- RÍOBÚNThis is a mixture of wheat and milk used locally. The wheat is dried by the fireside for some days to give it a "hardness". It is ground by means of hand querns. The meal so obtained is mixed with milk, (not "thick" milk) and eaten with a spoon. Sugar is added in some cases.
