Tadg's principal food was Indian meal cooked overnight, but as he was going to have a couple of the neighbours working next day, he bought a quantity of oaten meal also and placed it in a bag on the bench by the side of the Indian meal. By mistake it was the Indian meal he prepared for the breakfast next morning. When they came in to breakfast Tadg placed three dishes of the meal before them.
