- A Story
Long ago there was an old woman by the name of Máire Gaolach. She used to be in this part of the road between Kilmeen and Rossmore. Anyone that used to pass the way with a car she would sit in the car with them. The horse could not pull the car and he would stop and the horse would be all sweat. She would put her hands around them, and if they said anything she would kill them.- Collector
