“Long ago when fairies were seen, if any one in the house was sick the fairies cast a spell over the sick one.”
Long ago when fairies were seen, if any one in the house was sick the fairies cast a spell over the sick one. Sometimes a fairy would come instead of the person. The people of the house would know it and they would redden a piece of iron and put it near the fairy. If it was a fairy it would dissapear and the right person would come back.- Collector
