    seemed to be as easily fed in winter as in the summer.
    Whenever any of them asked Shaun what he gave the cow he would always reply "Wisha nothing I just keep her tied to the post".
    In time it became an understood thing that Shaun na Voher had the best cow in all the district.
    The feeding power of Shaun's post became a sort of local legend and was talked of for many years after Shaun's death.
    And whenever anyone wanted to give an impressive account of good cattle they always described them as "being as well fed as if tied to Shaun na Voher's post.
