  1. St. Brigid's cross
St. Brigids cross is made on the first of February. The cross is made of rushes platted together. It is placed out side the door and a cloth also on that night. The cloth is supposed to represent St. Brigid's cloak. She is supposed to pass by on that night. The cross is hung inside the door to keep away sickness.
