The parish priest of Boherbue known as Fr. Nocton was on holidays. The priest's cook and servant sent for Marie Bedlum and that night they had no bed for her only Fr Nocton's bed and they took her home early in the morning.
The priest came back that day and he send the cook to confession to a curate known as Fr Healy.
She was telling him about Marie and he told her not to mind it and that they would talk over it in the sacristy. When he had finished the confessions, he went to the sacristy and he asked her to tell it to him but(continues on next page)
