    they found his dead body in a cumar. It was in a state of decay. The owner of the cumar, John Kiely, brought a half-pint of whiskey next day and gave it to two or three men and asked them to remove the body. It was too decomposed, however, and they could not do so. They then decided to "throw the ditch down on it and cover it up". The grave is there still but nobody ever goes near it
