- A man by the name of Gael built Castle Gael which stood on the top of the hill overlooking Darragh Kilfinane Co. Limerick. The ruins of it are still to be seen. Gael and his wife and six children once lived in this old building. He was an old prince and he ruled over all that country around. He was very rich and he had an immense amount of cattle and stock. However, he and his family and all belonging to him died. Nora, the old hag who lived in Seomra Nóra and her husband lived there for a short time.
