    There is a field in Curtin's farm called Páirc an Leasa, which means the fort-field. Long ago there was a man crossing through the fort, and he saw several tiny figures. Some were going to come after him, but he ran away. When he looked back nobody was to be seen, but he found that he had been put astray. It was a good part of the night before he could find his way out.
    This farm is called Lugfree. There is a lough in the place and this is how it got its name.
