One summers evening as an old lady was milking a cow in the fort field she saw a fairy in the fort. He was dressed in red. A few minutes afterwards she went looking for the fairy but she did not find him. Sometimes when the farmer used to be minding sheep in the fort fairies used to come to him. But he said to them "Be off now my lads I am doing my work. Let you do yours".
