  2. The local fairs are held once a month in the principle towns of Co. Limerick. Some buyers go around still to the farmers to buy cattle from them. Long ago fairs were held in small towns and villages that are not in use now.
    It was in Knockderry and Killeedy that the fairs were held. The fairs are held in the streets and toll has still to be paid on each
