    in vain for some time until suddenly our hero held up the key in his hand, and said he had found it under the matting. The manager was delighted in having found the key. The men were dispersed to their various jobs when the manager called our hero back, and profusely thanked him, and said to him "Murphy you shall have a rise in your pay from now on".
