    plastered it with mud and left below on the road. He went on about another half a mile and took off the other one and left it on the middle of the road The young fellow came on up with the sheep and examined it, 'but what good is it without the other one So he took it & hid it under a tree. He came on until he met the other one so he tied the sheep on to a tree and turned back for the other one. So while he was away Tom had the sheep gone to his master. He sent the thief out next day for another sheep and he sent Tom after him to steal the sheep from him. So Tom left him alone until he came up and Tom roared like a sheep The young fellow heard it and tied the sheep & went of to look for the other one. While he was away Tom stole the one he had tied & Tom him home. So Tom went home to his father that night. When his father went to work next morning he told his boss that he came home again and he had the trade off. Well says the gentleman I will try myself
