- A Great JumperIn this district there was a great jumper named Anthony Cream who resided at Killycross, Lorrha and is now in Elphin in Co. Roscommon. He jumped a river about twenty feet wide. The river divides the townsland of Ballymacegan from the townsland of Kilycross.
