    Sweet scented and smiling,
    Resort where you will.
    But the sweetest and brightest,
    In Spring time or Summer,
    Is the girl of the heart,
    The young Kate of Kilcummer.
    There was a man by the name of Din Moloney he was a great poet. He was a very old man when he died he was eighty years old. He was a medium size man. He used to tell poems and stories. He told this poem at several houses around him. He was living in Toomevara. The name of poem was, "The Penal Mass at Urra."
    The April eve had falled,
    And natures pulse was still,
    As I crossed Lough Dergs calm waters,
    And climbed over Urra Hill,
    Then through the eerie stillness,
    Came a low, inviting hail,
    And seated neath the blessed bush.
    And the story he used to tell was about the woman and the two children.
