   There is a glen and a leacan on either side of sheltered with trees there. On those leacans were deer and they lived there. They made several big holes in the earth and put the loose earth in front of the holes for to shade them. Danes It is said that there were four Danes buried in Gleann an Fhiaidh. They were buried nine days when another Dane was buried there.
