    There was also a Brogue maker called "Paddy the Gander". Paddy Mackey was his right name, he used to make all the shoes and boots for the people.
    Then Lar Keyes the tailor and Susie Coyle the mantle maker and the local blacksmith who was called "the metal man". He used to make gates, ploughs, and harrows for the farmers and it was said he used to make Blunder Buses and pickes for the Fenians.
