  1. Pigeon : The pigeon is a large bird. It builds its nest in an ivy bush with sticks and hay. It lays about three or four eggs. Their colour is brown. It feeds upon wild berries. It never goes away to another country in Winter.
    Curaloon : The curaloon is a fairly big bird. Their colour is brown. They build their nest in moory land. They have a long beak and they feed on worms and insects. The curaloon is not a song bird. When they are seen in October or early Winter it is a sign of hard weather.
