- A Story about treasure.
Long ago about forty years ago two men went searching for gold in a glen not far from my house.
They got ready and went off to the glen where the gold was.
While they were going along they were saying to each other that when they would get the gold they would not be foolish about it.
When they came to the place where the gold was they began digging. While they were digging suddenly a big tall soldier appeared to them. They got terribly frightened and ran away and left gold and spades after them. From that day out they never went searching for gold.
My father, a farmer, told me this story.- Collector
