the men and the man that had the money got away. He hid the money in a tree in Mrs. Connells field. The man kept enough of money to take him to America. He went to America and stayed twelve years there. While he was away some people cut down the tree and got the money. When he returned from America he met an old man who is now dead. He asked him to show him this particular field and told him if he got the money he would give him half of it. They went and saw that the tree was cut and the money was gone.
