    them. Being longer than usual, I went down the field to see what was keeping him. There he was standing on the edge of the river looking down on Delany's field, and the sweat running down his face. "I am for the last hour trying to get that cow out of Delany's field and she wont come", he said "I always hate to see one in there, for it's a right airy spot". Come, come, he called, but the cow seemed excited, and kept going from one corner to another. Losing his temper, when his coarcing did not work, he shouted, "Give us the cow and keep the milk", and strange to say, the cow walked across the drain and joined the other cows. She walked into the yard with blood and milk running from her tits. I had no chance of milking her. For three days the blood and milk kept running from her tits and she then went dry, when she should be milking
