    warts: Get a snail. stick a thorn through it. Rub the snail to the warts.
    A Starting Cow: Cut a sally rod in halves. Form a cross with the halves. Make a hole in the centre of the cross and pu a stick through it. Hang a bit of meat on the stick
    boil: Rub on a mixture of sugar and soap
    sore feet: Boil starch in water and rub it to them

    sore throat: Put salt in a stocking and tie it around your neck for one or two nights.
    the jaundice: A leaf growing on the bank of a stream. It resembles a primrose leaf. boil it in milk and give it to the patient three mornings in succesion.
    Sore eyes: After bathing them in St. Jones' well walk three times to the churchyard nearby. On returning tie a string out of the bush beside the well.
