Q 7. When is a farmer cruel to his corn?
A When he thrashes it. - 1. SIgns of weather in sky, moon, sun, stars and rainbow. When the moon does be very fast going it is a sign of rain, and when the sun is rising red. When the stars are shining it is the sign of frost. A rainbow in the morning a sailors warning, and a rainbow in the evening a good night.
2. Wind in certain points. When the wind is coming from the north and east it is the sign of snow, when the wind is coming from the west it is the sign of rain, and the wind is from the south it is the sign of a storm.
3. Birds and animals.
