    Cnoch-Aosdhre) forms the upper part of the Parish. There are at present and as long as the oldest person in the district can remember two Roman Catholic Churches in this Parish - one in Killimer and the other in Knockerra. The names of the Clergymen in the Parish for the past 30 years are.
    (1) Rev Anthony Clancy P. P. (now Very Rev Canon Anthony Clancy P. P. V. S. Killaloe), transferred to Ballinacally and Liseycasey Parish in 1907.
    (2) Rev Patrick Hogan P. P. died in 1914 and whose remains are interred in Killimer Church Grounds.
    (3) Rev P. T. Barrett P. P. (now Very Rev Canon Barrett P. P Clonlara) transferred to Clonlara parish in 1927.
    (4) Rev. J. F Enright P. P transferred to Silvermines Parish in 1930.
    (5) Rev. Michael Murray. P. P (at the present time) died in 1936 (R. I. P.).
    (6) Rev. Michael Galvin P. P. at the present time.
