    and thought no more of the purse. As they were returning from school
    in the evening they met the little man again ,and he asked the boy for the purse.He told him he hid it ,and it was taken .The little man told him who took it and it would be very easy to know him later.He showed him the purse ,and said he could not give it to him anymore.
    It was thought afterwards that it was Michael Conell who stole the purse because one of his legs never grew from that day and he had a short leg until the day he died.
