    There was a King there long ago who had no son and one daughter.

    The prince asked how he knew he was a King's son ,but the man only told him he would go with him to the end of his journey .
    He said his name was Jack..So away went the king's son and jack said it was not long until they kept up to a man standing on one leg near a fence. Jack asked him what was he doing and he replied he was watching two hares playing in a field and he wanted to see which of them was best for running so as he could catch him."Let us see you do it"said |Jack.The man made a jump into the fastest hair and caught him .Jack asked him his name .He replied "Cos fé Crios " "What's your occupation? "Looking for master ."Come along ,we will want you "So away went the King's son and Cos Fé Chrios.It was not long until they kept up to a man who had his head bent over a fence ."What are you doing?"said Jack ."I am listening to two old hags having a fight in Bermuda and I want to hear which of them will have the best side ."Can you hear them ?"said Jack ."Of course I can",he answered ."Then what's your name"?
    "Cluas le h-éisteacht""Whats you occupation ?"Looking for a master".Come along we will want you .The next one they overtook was a man with a gun pointed .jack asked him what he was doing.
