    Paddy Gleeson of Ballyea tells that a fox destroyed his flock of hens by forcing his way through but could not get out.He covered himself with dead hens .Next morning the woman of the house found them dead and the fox pretending to be dead under them.She called her husband out left the door open and the fox escaped.
    The leavings of a ferret are good for chincough.
