    -ishing busy and Catholic town although its population is not as large as it was then and its people are the descendants of the Dalcassion clans who were the bravest warrioirs in Ireland.
    Fifteen miles from Ennis on the western coast there once stood a little village named Tig osca Cillisce Finn. I was so called because of its fine hotel. One winters night there was a spring tide and it swepte the little village out into the middle of the ocean. Every seven years the village is seen and anyone who sees it dies.
