    Many people are buried in the ruins.The grave yard is inclined.It inclines towards the southwest.There are two ash trees growing in the grave-yard.A tomb is a very large flag which covers a grave and the date on which they died.There are no idle grave-yards in this parish.there are no stone ornaments in the grave-yard.Some of the children who die without baptism are buried in Kilnamona grave- yard.The place where they are buried is called cilling.A great number of people in this parish have their graves in the neighbouring parishes for instance, Ruan,Rath, Dysert,Kilcross,Inagh,
    Templemaley and Drumcliffe.
