    There used be two doors in some of the houses and one door in the other houses. There used be a bolt in the inside of the door. There used be two windows in the houses long ago. There used be a timber shutter in the windows before they used glass.
    The floors were made of dó-buidhe.
    There used be one half door in some of the house and there used not be any half door in other houses.
    They used have turf and timber for fuel.
    They used have a stick of bog deal, or a candle, for light. Candles were made in this place long ago.
