    milk the people used have for their breakfast. The dinner consisted of potatoes salt and skim milk and their supper consisted of fine meal stirrabout. They used eat potatoes twice every day and drink plenty of sour and skim milk.
    The table was generally left long side the wall but if there were a good many eating it would be pulled out in the middle of the floor so as the people could go around it.
    Long ago the people had it as a custom to hang the table to the wall when there was no meal on so as they could have more room in the house to do their work.
