    About thirty years ago there was a man named Peter Smyth and he used to come on his "ceile" to our house.
    On this particular night he was in our house and stayed till about twelve o'clock when he got up to go home.
    He was only down the road a short distance opposite Murphy's gate (which is called McGaff's) when an object appeared in front of him.
