    Answer: A cake.
    2. As round as an apple, as flat as a pan, the half of a woman, and the half of a man.
    Answer: A penny.
    3. Comh hárd le falla, comh bán le báinne, comh dearg le fuil. Ubhall.

    Ans: A night watchman.
    2. What goes up a ladder with its head down?
    A nail in a man's boot.
    3. Three sticks in the middle, all covered with sheet. Can walk on the water without any feet. A boat with sails.
    4. As black as ink, as white as milk and it hops on the road like hailstones. A magpie.
