- A little plant which grows out in the fields called Garlic is supposed to cure a cold. The method is to chop the little bulb which grows on the end of the plant and boil it. It is then strained and it is now ready for a person who has a cold to drink.
When a person has a pain in his knee rub some goose-grease on it and it will get better.- Collector
