Family name Malones Re-a-Meáin, Murphys, Soraghans, A Cuaracan - This castle is remarkably well built - in good preservation, the turrets being perfect or nearly so. They appear to have been roofed in. It is a square building for stories high independent of the turrets. There is an aperture over the door in the thickness of the wall for its defence.
