There was a widow long ago...

There was a widow long ago and she sent her son to sell oats at the fair. On the way home he played cards in a house and lost all the money He left home then and met another man on the road and they went up to a castle and asked lodgings for the night. They were left in and went to the cellar and every time they took a drink a voice said out that the wine was not theirs. They saw a man without a head in the cellar and the voice came from him. He told them that there was gold under the castle and that his head was buried there and that he could not rest until it was got. They found them as he said and there was peace in the castle then.
