- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)The "ban" is situated in Tara, in the townland of Castletown. I do not know how it got that name. The "Croppies field" is situated at the bottom of Tara Hill. It is called because the Croppies who fought in '98 are supposed to be buried there. The "Rath" is situated in Kilmessan. it is called Meaves Rath. I do not know why. "Harry's Hill" is situated in Bellinter. It is so called because a man named Harry Clarke used to own it. The "brick field" is so called because bricks used to be found in it long ago. The "White field". I do not know how it got that name. The "green tay" is also in Bellinter. I do not know how it got that name.
