- (continued from previous page)holes in each end of the snare. Push one end of the wire in through. Tie a strong piece of cord to the wire and also to a strong stick or peg. Get a small stick and put a knick on the top of it. Put the wire down on the slit about a half an inch from the cord.
Find a path that you are sure a rabbit is running on. Put the big peg down in the ground about two inches from the path and put the small peg beside the path. Set the snare in an oval shape(continues on next page)- Collector
