    Frog in the Well, Hunt the Fox, Chain Tig, and Skittles. These are usually played out-door, and some of the in-door ones are:- Hide the Thimble, Oranges and Lemons, The Farmer wants a Wife, General Post, Musical Chairs, Ludo, Snakes and Ladders, Draughts, and there are many card games, such as:- Snap, Manners, Beg o' my Neighbour, Sevens, Fifteens, and Whist.
    Most of these games are played in other districts as well. Donkey is played with a ball. The players stand an equal distance apart and it is passed from one to another. The first one to drop the ball is "D" and if he drops it again he is "O" and so on until all the letters of "Donkey" are finished. Then he is called the "Donkey".
    In "Hunt the Fox", a fox is chosen and he is given so long to run and hide. Then all the "hounds" run to hunt him.
