- When anyone gets a thorn in their hand and cannot get it out they get a cupful of white bread and pour boiling water on it.
Then they put it between two pieces of cloth and put it over the thorn. This helps to bring the thorn out and any dirt which might be on it. When anyone gets a cut they get a small herb that grows in the grass and put it on it to stop the bleeding.- Collector
