  1. There is a crock of gold hidden in one of the fields of Napper Tandy's land. A man dreamt once where the gold was. As tradition says, the next night he went at 12 o'clock to the place and the pot of gold was quite visible to him. He made a attempt to get the pot, but as he did, so, an invisible body with a visible hand snatched it from him. He tried again the next night, but as the story goes, it failed him again. He plucked up courage and went the third night, but as before he did not succeed.
