    Colic or Grips
    The worms knot made thrice times over the person's or animal's stomach repeating in the name of the Father ect. three times at each knot.
    Wild Fire
    Rub a soverign to wild fire nine mornings in succession and it will cure it.
    Chilblains
    To cure chilblains rub a raw cut onion to them.
    Cuts
    Sheep dung will heal a very bad cut if left on for a few days.
    A cobweb will stop bleeding
    Bronchites
    Goose grease rubbed to chest will cure bronchites or rheumatic pains
    Whooping- cough
    A cure for the whooping cough is to get a red string from your God Father and tie it around your neck until you are cured.
    Warts
    Sprinkle Sunday morning's ashes on the warts tell the warts to go to mass, and go the mass your self.
