- Clonsilla Moat Killskyre is on James Keegans land. It is perfect. The Kesh is there perfect. You could bring a cart into it. This is what is called the drawbridge. When the enemy was coming you could fill the moat with water up to the level of the land. I brought hay out of the Kesh myself when it was set in con-acre long ago.
- Miss. Keoghan's Moat was never filled but it would be in a meadow and a grand place for keeping sheep in Winter for the shelter. In one spot the hay would die before the rest and there was hollow around if you tramed on it (There would appear to be an undrground cavern here?)
