  1. Long ago they used to plough with cattle and they used to put them to draw carts also. They used to put the harness on them the same as the horses now. There were both bullocks and cows used for this work. The cows used to be milked at night after their day's work. The blacksmith used to make shoes in two halves for the two sides of the hoof.
